Missing notifications

Is anyone else noticing that some notifications are getting lost in the shuffle? I'll be checking something I posted (comment, post, etc) and I'll see a reply to me that isn't in my notifications. I see it at least a few times a day, I have to wonder how many of these are getting lost.

i just went from 0 - 8 recs on a comment and didnt get one notice.

Hey,

There's a possibility that those are notifications of events that have since been removed or deleted — a previously recommended post un-rec'd; a share removed; etc. We are working on handling these cases better.

In the meantime, if you still see it happening and got some links / screencap / etc., please, drop us a line so we can take a closer look.
